We grew tired of the pies with little fruit and lots of glaze, so we took pies back to what they should be. Loads of fresh local fruit! Using an abundance of fruit allows us to cut the sugar content back to less than 1/4 cup of sugar for most pies (1 Tablespoon in our apple-based pies). The sweetness comes from the naturally occuring sugars in our high quality fruit. The end result is a pie that is delicious, low in sugar, and beautiful. We make just about any kind of pie (we haven't met a pie we haven't conquered) and take special orders if you want to make sure you get just the right flavor.
