Hi — Frode here (BikerFrode) 🚴‍♂️🌲. Date: May 29, 2024. Location: Follebu, Gausdal. This short 5-minute video follows a leisurely bike ride through the Follebu area, starting at the YX gas station and continuing south through the village. I've taken it extra nice today because I haven't been in great shape the last few days, but it feels so good to get out and feel the fresh wind in my face — it's good for the body and mind. What you see in the video: Start at the YX gas station in Follebu; I cycle leisurely through the village south. A great, safe walking and cycling path that makes it safe for cyclists and pedestrians without having to travel in car traffic. Weather and mood: some dark clouds with flashes of sunshine trying to break through; a few small patches of blue sky. Calm pace, short reflections on health, nature and the joy of being outside. Tips from the trip: Choose lower gears and a steady pace when you are not 100% fit; listen to your body. Wear visible clothing and lights in changing weather; clouds can make it dark quickly. Take breaks in safe places along the walking and cycling path to enjoy the view and regain strength.
