A tense confrontation broke out in a Toronto parking lot, after police arrested a woman caught wielding two large knives and damaging several vehicles. “After deploying a taser, a struggle ensued as they attempted to take the suspect into custody,” Toronto Police Association’s vice president Brian Callanan said.
