The Bail Bondsman is back haunting the phone lines, although proceedings aren't exactly going swimmingly for poor Fred. The former cop is having a hard time hearing, well, anybody - and so ventures forth into Los Angeles to pay visits to some places that purport to be of assistance. Unfortunately, despite his various pleas and requests no office seems to be willing to solve the conundrum of Mr. Herbert's hearing, leaving the Bondsman empty handed (aside from the earful he gets off various doctors and nurses).
