AGSTUD Empowers 7,200+ Agri-Youth as Students Explore Career Opportunities at Yara Ghana’s Terminal

Over the years, Agrihouse Foundation together With key partners like Yara Ghana has empowered more than 7,200 students, agri-youth and beginner agribusinesses through the Agricultural Students Career Guidance and Mentorship Dialogue Bootcamp (AGSTUD), helping them build meaningful and successful career paths. Bootcampers took an impactful visit to one of Ghana’s leading fertilizer companies, Yara Ghana, at its newly terminal in Tema. The Country Manager, Theresa Randolph, warmly welcomed over 600 agricultural students from universities, agricultural colleges and farm institutes across Ghana. The visit helped students understand how Yara Ghana operates and supports farmers with quality crop nutrition solutions. They learned about crop nutrition, modern farming practices and the many business opportunities available in the sector. Students interacted with the Yara team and gained practical knowledge that inspired them to explore careers and agribusiness ventures.
