Amanda Eilian is the Co-Founder and President of Videolicious, a mobile video creation enterprise platform used by media companies, Fortune 500 brands, and over 3 million people around the world. Hundreds of newsrooms use Videolicious' patented technology to automatically edit premium news videos on mobile devices. Videolicious is also taught at dozens of top journalism schools and is the leading enterprise solution for high quality time-sensitive marketing videos for social channels. Prior to forming Videolicious, Amanda was a founding partner of Capitol Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition vehicle (SPAC) that completed a $265 million initial public offering in 2007 and closed a merger in 2009 that led to the formation of Two Harbors Investment Corp., a $3.5 billion NYSE listed REIT (TWO). Amanda previously worked at Falconhead Capital and in mergers and acquisitions at Merrill Lynch. Amanda is a Truman Scholar and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University with Honors in Economics, and received her MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar. Amanda served on the Board of Directors of Juice Beauty, Inc., the fastest growing organic skincare company in North America, until its sale to Invus in 2014. She is also a Board Member of the Melanoma Research Alliance, the leading private funder of melanoma research.
