Can NimeZ drivers revive old Radeon GPUs? | AMD GCN 1, 2 & 3 tested

Testing NimeZ modded Adrenalin 21.12.1 v3 drivers on three AMD Radeon R9 graphics cards, and comparing them against official legacy Adrenalin 21.5.2 drivers to see if using the unofficial drivers improves performance, compatibility or solves errors & glitches When AMD officially discontinued support for the Radeon HD 7000, R5, R7 and R9 series of graphics cards in summer 2021- the height of the Scalper Pandemic- owners of these GCN-based GPUs were understandably upset. What’s the point in encouraging gamers to upgrade their graphics card when you don’t have anything to sell them? Well, thanks to modder Amernime Zone, current drivers for Radeon GPUs have been customized to work on these older, officially obsolete graphics cards.
