Forward and backward breathing 2. Side Rotation 3. Side Bending 4. Clockwise and anticlockwise rotation 5. Shoulder rotation 6. Shoulder rotation with folded elbows 7. Shoulder and Upper Back stretch Do these exercises within your capabilities, try to synchronize breathing with each movement and gradually build up on ROM. (Range of Motion) It is advised to perform these exercises before asana practice, also can be done daily 2-3 times as per one's requirement. Overall benefits the cervical spine, shoulders and upper back. Useful for people who use mobile phones, laptops, desktops and other gadgets involving neck bending against nature!
