In this video, I brewed an English-Style IPA, using entirely English ingredients. This is however a more modern approach to an English IPA which is much different than the India Pale Ales brewed in the middle of the 18th Century, and featured Target and Fuggles hops. The resulting beer is good, strong in earthy and herbal flavors with a lemony citrus bite. It is however a bit darker than I prefer and the malt character is a bit blown out by the hops. ------------------------------------------------------- Sources: https://beerconnoisseur.com/articles/... http://zythophile.co.uk/2011/08/04/fo... ------------------------------------------------------- CLAWHAMMER SUPPLY SYSTEM: http://www.clawhammersupply.com/?aff=11 ------------------------------------------------------- MERCH STORE:https://theapartmentbrewer-shop.fourt... ------------------------------------------------------- SUPPORT ME ON PATREON: / theapartmentbrewer ------------------------------------------------------- FIND ALL MY RECOMMENDED HOMEBREWING EQUIPMENT ON MY AMAZON STORE: https://www.amazon.com/shop/theapartm... ------------------------------------------------------- NORTHERN BREWER: https://www.northernbrewer.com/?utm_s... ------------------------------------------------------- MOREBEER: http://www.morebeer.com/index?a_aid=a... ------------------------------------------------------- Recipe on Brewfather: https://share.brewfather.app/nAxqQXF1...
