We take a slow, cozy day trip through Minneapolis, Minnesota. This travel vlog follows an unhurried day of city wandering — tree-lined paths, open green spaces, and moments of quiet tucked between buildings. Walking through downtown Minneapolis, we are reminded how thoughtfully the city is designed for its seasons. The skyway system — a network of enclosed pedestrian bridges stretching for miles — quietly connects buildings above the streets, offering a warm, sheltered way to move through the city in winter. Even on this day, it was interesting to dip in and out of the skyways, watching city life come alive overhead. At Loring Park, we loved the wide green space, flowers, and soft breezes. One of my favorite parts of the day was spending time watching the birds and squirrels move so comfortably around people. Locals often feed them, and you can feel that gentle trust — squirrels pausing nearby without rushing off, birds hopping closer than expected. It felt peaceful. We found ourselves lingering longer than planned. Across the street, we admired the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden with its iconic and delightful cherry on spoon sculpture. This silent vlog is quiet moments in the city— footsteps on pavement, distant traffic fading into birdsong, changing light between glass and trees — and that comfortable feeling of moving slowly through a city.
