This weekend vlog was a full Atlanta experience from start to finish. ✨ I kicked things off at Blavity Fest in Atlanta, soaking in the culture, art, music, and creativity. I interviewed 4 5 vendors, each sharing their story in under a minute , what makes their business special and what inspired them to start. If you’re an entrepreneur or creative, this part of the vlog is especially for you. I also got to explore original art pieces, meet up with friends, and really take in the community energy of the festival. The next day in the vlog, I came back refreshed and got my hair done by Swella Beauty, an Atlanta-based braiding salon that was offering free hairstyles at the event. I washed my hair, clipped my ends, and let them work their magic. One of the biggest moments? Kirk Franklin performing live. 🙌🏽 I was able to interview him, take a photo, and watch him perform and even when the DJ and music cut out, he kept going acapella, singing with his background singers while playing the keyboard. It honestly felt like church outside on a Sunday in Georgia. After the festival vibes, I made a stop at TJ Maxx to try on dresses for my upcoming Italy trip 🇮🇹 and shared a shopping tip on how I scored discounts on damaged or slightly dirty items , something every shopper should know. To wrap the vlog, Papi surprised me with a date to the World of Coca-Cola 🍹 where we tasted flavors from around the world, learned the history of Coca-Cola, and visited the vault.
