 SENSATIONAL ATTEMPT TO MURDER CASE WORKED OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS.  3 ACCUSED HAVE BEEN ARRESTED.  MOTIVE BEHIND THE ATTACK WAS OVER OBSESSION/ONE-SIDED LOVE FOR A GIRL. In an endeavor to prevent crime and to apprehend criminals Police Station Bindapur is continuously putting efforts using mounting traps at vulnerable places and time. They have also been directed to patrol in civil & also to keep an eye on the Jail-Bail released criminals, who have got involved in committing the crime again. Informers are also being sensitized. INCIDENT:- On 06.01.2021, a PCR call vide DD No. 92 was received at PS Bindapur regarding stabbing a boy with a knife. The call was marked to SI Durgesh, who after receiving the call reached the place of incident i.e. Satpal General Store, VishuVihar, Bindapur, Uttam Nagar, where it came to notice that the injured was admitted to DDU Hospital. After reaching DDU Hospital, he found that the injured is under treatment and was unfit for statement. Hence, based on the facts of the PCR call, a case vide FIR No. 11/21 U/s 307/34 IPC was registered at PS Bindapur. The investigation was handed over to SI Durgesh. TEAM & INVESTIGATION:- A Team comprising SI Durgesh, SI Birender, PSI Shubham, Ct. Inder, Ct. Vikram and Ct. Yograj led by SHO Bindapur was formed under the supervision of ACP Dabri and assigned the task to nab the accused person involved in this case. The team with sincere efforts, local intelligence and with the assistance of technical surveillance raided at all possible hideouts and succeeded to apprehend one accused namely Neeraj . During interrogation, he disclosed that he was in one-sided love with a girl. He could not digest the fact of her talking to another boy namely Makar. Out of his over obsession for the girl, he alongwith his three accomplices planned to attack him with a knife and kill him. As planned, the accused along with his accomplice arranged a knife and attacked the victim Makar. At his instance, two of his associates namely (i) Sahe Alam @ Danish (ii) Aashu were arrested. CASES WORKED OUT:-  Case FIR No. 11/21, U/s 307/34 IPC, PS Bindapur, Delhi. PROFILE OF ACCUSED:-  Neeraj R/O Pratap Garden Uttam Nagar, Age-19years. He is illiterate.  SaheAlam @ Danish R/O Chanakya place part 2 Uttam Nagar Delhi. Age-21 yrs. His Education qualification is Intermediate.  Aashu R/O HolambiKalan Metro Vihar Phase 2 Narela New Delhi. Age- 19 years. His education qualification is 10th pass. Further investigation of the case is in progress and efforts are being made to arrest the fourth accused
