💫 This is the real vibration we lived in the Healing Area of Own Spirit Festival (https://www.ownspiritfestival.org/) 🌕 The surrender that happens in an Ecstatic Dance doesn’t come only from the music — it arises from the ritualization of the journey: beginning together in a circle, preparing body and soul, so that every layer of our being — physical, emotional, and energetic — is tuned for the voyage ahead. From the softness of flow to the fire of chaos, the music guided us through a wave of transformation, where each rhythm invited us to embody an archetype and unlock emotion through movement. Bodies awakening, releasing, dissolving, and meeting again. When we dance like this, what emerges is truth — pure, raw, and free.
