If your nervous system is overactive but your body is exhausted, this gentle art meditation will help you downshift from activation to complete relaxation. Together, we will draw a jellyfish, using repetitive curved arcs for containment, flowing strokes to discharge activation, and edge-softening to signal safety to the brain. No experience is needed.
