Roland SP540i Not Printing. Bad Nozzle Check.

Changed the printheads, capping, dampers, pump, lines. Started off with a good nozzle check with just Cyan missing. Pulled ink through head from capping and then got a full nozzle check. Next day it just went really bad with terrible nozzle checks ever since. Manifolds are OK. everything is seated OK. flushed one head and its clear. Just nozzle check is bad in same positions after any clean, pull through etc. At a loss :s OK an update. It seems the printheads were crap, the pump was crap, the capping and dampers were crap. All purchased new from sign in china. All fitted together so you can't blame other bad parts for the head going. I got a perfect nozzle check on fitting the first day then it just got worse and worse as the head was failing. I got two used printheads fitted, Roland dampers and caps. A new Roland pump and you can tell immediately the sound difference and the flow of the ink. So £900 wasted. Buy cheap, buy twice.
