It was a brutal beating, one San Juan police say they haven't seen in years. The motive is still unclear, but one thing is certain, the people responsible are active tri city bombers members and according to police had quite an operation going on at Condesa apartments. Armed and ready for a fight, that's what San Juan Police believe these four t-c-b members were doing as they waited for police to raid their Alamo motel room. Using Gangscope computer software the P.D. purchased last year they were able to pinpoint all six suspects. Just by typing in their name all of the information police needed filled the computer screen. Making it that much easier to locate where they might be hiding. Fortunately the four t-c-b members arrested didn't put up much of a fight as they were taken to San Juan P.D. Police are expecting little cooperation. But that lack of cooperation isn't deterring police. They believe they have a solid case against these six. They are still looking for David 'prophet' Enriquez and Roberto 'stretch' Garcia, investigators believe they are the masterminds behind the beating death of Rogelio Pardo, Jr. Chief Gonzalez says Pardo went to Condesa apartments, he entered apartment 5, belonging to Adriana Garcia to buy drugs. It's something Chief Gonzalez says happened on a regular occasion. He says that's when one thing lead to another. This is something Gonzalez says is happening to often, keeping the city on edge, wondering when a gang will strike again. Chief Gonzalez says he's looking to take legal action against apartment complex with knowledge of illegal activity taking place on their grounds. He says this is the only way to keep his city safe. Chief Gonzalez tells us the killing of Pardo, an active valluco, by tri city bombers could start a war between the rival gangs. He says the P.D. will be on high alert with extra patrol on the streets.
