It's a tricky operation; not that many plastic surgeons perform it, and even fewer perform it well. This is kind of a scary incision for a lot of people. I am a lot less scared of it these days than I was 20 years ago. Why? Because I do it a lot, and I get so many great outcomes. Every arm is different. What I love about this arm is she has great deltoid definition, a nice bicep, so the incision is nice and light. This is what I call the bpal Groove. Okay, this is the bicep muscle, and there's a shadow right below that. I want to hide this in the shadow. I also extended this well into the elbow here, and importantly, we went into the armpit and down about another 4 inches. Importantly, I was able to hide it underneath the shadow of the pectoral major muscle here.
