INTAGLIO PROCESS: step by step how I created my etching 'First among equals'

My intaglio process here shows, step by step how I created my etching 'First among equals'. I explain how to prepare the copper plate for application of B.I.G. (Baldwins Intaglio Ground) and how this can be treated as a soft ground to be drawn into. I then show how that is hardened (baked) prior to etching in the Edinburgh etch solution.
