Modeled after the highly successful Young Boys Inc., operation, Pony Down was the brain trust of the Buttrom Willis brothers. Leroy Buttrom the leader of the group followed Young Boys tactic of using juveniles to peddle their product in an effort to confound law enforcement groups who were virtually powerless to stop the legion of preteen dope dealers running drugs for these two groups. Pony Down sprung up from an area near West Seven Mile rd and Murray Hill in northwest Detroit. Buttrom \Villis began focusing in on more profitable locations held true by sellers employed by Young Boys Inc. #detroit #gangster #youtuber Subscribe: / @l.k.theleprechaun Timestamps: 0:00 Intro 0:20 Just as Dangerous, Successful 1:25 Pony Down Was Started 2:45 Recruited 3:47 I Pony Down 4:56 A Series of Violent Altercations 6:52 Kidnapped 8:20 Finally Arrested 9:00 Outro Connect With L.K. : Instagram: / l.k.theleprechaun Facebook: / l.k.theleprechaun Email: L.K.theLeprechaun@gmail.com Donate: https://cash.app/$LKtheLeprechaun My Videos Are For Education And Entertainment Purposes Only. Fair use is a doctrine in the United States copyright law that allows limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from the rights holders, such as for commentary, criticism, news reporting, research, teaching or scholarship. It provides for the legal, non-licensed citation or incorporation of copyrighted material in another author’s work under a four-factor balancing test. The term “fair use” originated in the United States. A similar principle, fair dealing, exists in some other common law jurisdictions. Civil law jurisdictions have other limitations and exceptions to copyright. 107. Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use41 Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phone records or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include— (1) the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes; (2) the nature of the copyrighted work; (3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and (4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work. The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all the above factors.
