As you walk through the plant room, where is the mechanical board? Where are your control panels, where are the AHU's. Picture in your mind, how could you distribute the controls and power in this plant room. How would this help you start BMS installation sooner? How would this help you start temporary commissioning sooner? How would you plan your design and engineering phases differently to enable this.
