Often, we see the world through a veil of beliefs, judgments, and the ego, creating a sense of separation between ourselves and everything around us. This separation limits our experience and causes suffering. The key is to soften our perspective, to stop imposing our mental filters and judgments. This practice of softening our vision can transform our experience, inviting us into unity with all that is.
