I love chaat. And according to recent poll, many of you love sev dahi puri so here is the recipe with Imli Chutney, ragda and green chutney. Ingredient list & Procedure : Ragda : Soaked White Peas (1 Cup) (https://amzn.to/2zqMxKu) Peeled Potatoes (2/3 Cup) Turmeric/ Haldi (1/2 Tsp) Salt to taste Oil (1 Tbsp) Water (300 Ml) Procedure : Put all ingredients in the pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 5 - 6 whistles Mash it slightly Imli Chutney/ Tamarind Dates Chutney : Tamarind/ Imli (1/4 Cup) Jaggery (1/4 Cup) Seedless Dates (1/4 Cup) Water (250 Ml) Salt to taste Red Chilli Powder (1 Tsp) Mint Leaves (4 - 5) Cumin (1/2 Tsp) Procedure : Put Tamarind, Jaggery, dates and water in a sauce pan Boil it for 7 - 8 min or until tamarind and dates are very soft Blend until smooth Put Chutney through sieve Imli Chutney is ready .. Green/ Pudina Chutney : Fresh Coriander (1/2 Cup) Mint/ Pudina Leaves (1/4 Cup) Green Chilli (1 or 2) Garlic Cloves (6 - 7) Ginger (1/2 Inch) Cumin Powder (1/2 Tsp) Salt to Taste Squeeze 1/2 lemon Procedure : Put all the ingredients in a grinder Blend until smooth Green Chutney for chaat is ready Sweet Curd/ Yogurt : Curd/ Yogurt (unflavored) (1/4 Cup) Sugar (2 Tsp) Salt Procedure: Mix Sugar and salt in curd. Whisk it up until its smooth.
