In this video I’m sharing a simple high-raw vegan meal plan that can support healthy weight loss. Instead of just showing what I eat, I also give the exact portions and measurements so you know how much to eat. If you're looking for a balanced plant-based approach that includes plenty of raw foods while still getting enough protein and nutrients, this video will walk you through a full day of eating and how to structure your meals. I’ve been eating plant-based for over 15 years and high-raw for several years, and this style of eating has helped me feel my best. I aim to eat between 50 and 70 g of protein per day. This meal plan has about 60 g, based on what you see in the video. If you'd like to have more, you can always add more on your own. I don't like to eat too much, because it messes with my digestion.
