The Stubai Glacier is the largest skiable glacier in Austria, with around 65 kms of pisted terrain and a whole bunch of off-piste options too. Check out this fun, fast and winding trail from the top of the glacier back to the base station filmed on 21st march 2025. As you can see the sky is a little overcast but the scenery is spectacular, taking in the glacier (where you can clearly see some areas where the glacier has receded) and views down the valley. Myself and my buddy Kit whiz down from the Rotadlkopf along trail 7, trail 3, onto the cat tracks at trail 26 and finally the home straight at trail 27.
