Its the start of a new ice fishing season here in Quebec officially with the legal use of dead bait and ten lines. The season officially starts on December the 20th every year and this always mean flags and dead bait for musky. With this year being no different Steve and myself set out in a small bay located off a huge main flat that always has good safe ice as most places were still to be frozen enough to support our weight.
