𝐆𝐁𝐑 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐄 Deficient buccal-palatal width all along the length of the extraction site. Autogenous bone harvested from the ramus of the mandible, mixed with Osteon collagen 3 in a ratio of 70:30. Decortication done in the bony defect and bone grafting layered. Resorbable membrane placed and stabilized with a tacks pin. Water-tight polyamide sutures placed. Wait for 4 months for implant placement. 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 Good bone width achieved after GBR. Osteotomy done with guide drills and bone expansion/osseodensification done with denshah drills. BRIGHT IMPLANT placed. Good torque and stability achieved. 𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐄 Water-tight seal achieved with polyamide sutures. 𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐒 Intra-oral scanning for fabrication of Maryland bridge to be used as a temporary tooth till complete healing is achieved. Maryland bridge placed after 10 days. It will help support papilla in position. Good gingival contour.
