I tested and benchmarked Assassins Creed Valhalla PC on my Asus TUF FX505DD with GTX1050 and Vega 8, my Desktop PC with GTX 1650 Super, and my Low End Laptop with 920M. I also tested the game on 4GB RAM too by limiting the RAM usage of my Gaming Laptop GTX 1050 to 4GB RAM in MSCONFIG. NOTE: I think there's kinda a problem with the game because sometimes I got an FPS drop. This especially happened when the VRAM counter indicate maximum number in it or when I change resolution to borderless or full screen. Those problems occurred to me and a bit annoying because I had to restart the game or go to main menu and load the game again.
