Ingredients: • 1 lb. pork loin, cut into julienne strips • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar • 1/2 teaspoon chicken seasoning (Knorr chicken seasoning- https://amzn.to/3IiUWmT) • 1/2 teaspoon pepper • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (Sesame Oil: https://amzn.to/3Z1YVtE) • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (Thai Seasoning Soy Sauce - No preservatives and MSG - https://amzn.to/3YFjoUm) • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce ( Oyster Sauce Bottle- https://amzn.to/3HMT4kF) • 1 tablespoon cornstarch•( Cornstarch- https://amzn.to/3JXLczH) For String Bean Stir-Fry: • 1/2 lb. string beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces • 2 jalapenos (optional) • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil • 2 cloves garlic, minced For Pork & String Bean Stir-Fry: • Marinated pork • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil • 3 cloves garlic, minced 1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and pepper. Add the pork strips and stir to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 15minutes. 2. In a large skillet or wok over high heat, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 10 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add the string beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes until the beans are tender-crisp. Remove the beans from the skillet and set aside. 4. In the same skillet or wok over high heat, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 10 seconds until fragrant. 5. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through and slightly browned. 6. Return the string beans to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute to combine the flavors. 7.
