At Baltimore Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School we have always been committed to our schools, students and educators. We also have decades of field-tested strategies that are built to empower youth with the ability to develop their character through challenging experiences in the outdoors. The Character Curriculum expands these methods into teachable, in-classroom modules that can become a learning resource both before and after an Outward Bound expedition. This allows students a greater ability to transfer Outward Bound skills in compassion, self-awareness, communication, problem-solving and resilience into their lives as young adults.
