What is the Rarest Kill Icon in TF2?

I'm sure at one point or another you've looked at the killfeed, seen a strange-looking picture, and thought, "what in the world is that?" TF2's kill icons are pretty inconsistent, with most of the "obscure" kills being denoted by the default skull and crossbones icon.
