One of the things I loved about the mac was the dock. In Windows the start menu just doesn't do it for me, so I was looking for an alternative, there are many out there, but most feel like.... well something that was added, for example start up a second program and it doesn't behave like on the Mac by opening another instance, or click a program away and try to reopen it again.
