Framed Scraps Quilt Block - show off precious scraps!

This is a fun quilt block meant to stretch your most treasured bits of scrap fabric a little bit further. Pick a scrap from a sentimental quilt that you are gifting or the last oddly shaped cut off of your Tula Pink or Kaffe Fassett scraps and frame them for posterity in this framed scraps quilt block. This is a 'minimal measuring required' quilt block meaning although we will be measuring at some key points it is otherwise pieced using somewhat of an improv piecing method. Materials needed: any shape and size of beautiful fabric scraps strips of black fabric (no less than 3/4" wide) various sizes of white background fabric Tools: any clear ruler with a 1/2" line.
