Resepi roti sosej kali ni saya menggunakan kaedah Tangzhong untuk mendapatkan roti yang lebih lembut dan gebu. Satu doh roti ni anda boleh dapat 2 jenis roti sosej yang berbeza. Untuk lebih mudah, Tangzhong boleh disediakan lebih awal supaya ianya telah sejuk sebelum digunakan. Resepi ini menghasilkan 10 keping roti sosej. Selamat mencuba! BAHAN -BAHAN: Tangzhong: tepung gandum 3 sudu besar | 25 gram air 1/2 cawan | 125 ml Susu segar/susu sejat/susu penuh krim/air (suam) 1/2 cawan | 125 ml Gula pasir 2 sudu besar | 25 gram Yis kering segera 1 & 1/2 sudu teh | 4.5 gram Tepung roti/tepung gandum 2 & 3/4 cawan | 340 gram (masukkan 2 cawan (250 gram) tepung dahulu) Garam 3/4 sudu teh | 5 gram Putih telur dari 1 biji telur gred A Mentega/marjerin 2 sudu besar | 28 gram Topping: Sayur campuran Sos cili Mayonis Bijan Putih Glis telur : 1 biji kuning telur + 1 sudu besar susu SUHU MEMBAKAR: 200℃ | 392℉ selama 15 minit, atau sehingga roti kecoklatan. Gunakan api atas bawah dan bakar pada rak tengah. Panaskan ketuhar selama 10 minit sebelum membakar roti. ================================================================================ [ENGLISH] This versions of sausage breads are using Tangzhong method to prepare the bread dough. This breads are fluffier and softer in texture, a definitely must try recipe, especially for sausage bread lovers! You'll get 2 different flavors of sausage bread with just one dough. This recipe yields 10 pieces of sausage bread. Happy baking! INGREDIENTS: Tangzhong paste: All purpose flour 3 tbsp | 25 grams Water 1/2 cup | 125 ml Lukewarm milk/water 1/2 cup | 125 ml Granulated sugar 2 tbsp | 25 grams Instant dry yeast 1 & 1/2 tsp | 4.5 grams Bread flour/all purpose flour 2 & 3/4 cups | 340 grams (use 2 cups (250 grams) first) Salt 3/4 tsp | 5 grams Egg white from 1 large egg Butter/margarine 2 tbsp | 28 grams Topping: Mixed veggies Chili sauce Mayonnaise White sesame Egg wash : 1 yolk + 1 tbsp of milk BAKING TEMPERATURE : 200℃ | 392℉ for 15 minutes, or until breads are light brown. Bake at center rack, using top & bottom heat.
