I filmed this video for the members of my Real Life Meal Planning Course and I thought it would be a good video to share with all of you too. During the holidays, there is so much going on, we have mile long to do lists, trying to keep up with regular life plus the additional things that come with Christmas - presents, decor, trying to create happy memories, etc. With these tips, I hope that you'll have more time to spend with your families even if you want to cook some delicious recipes for you all to enjoy. Meal planning and prepping make such a big difference to eliminate a lot of stress and give you more time. I know that this year is extra challenging for many of us all around the world. Many places are quarantining, so maybe you are spending the holidays with just your immediate family. If you have family coming over for the holidays, I hope these ideas will be helpful for you. All of these tips will apply to any size household, even if you are going to be spending Christmas with just the people that live in your house. I'm sure that you don't want to be in the kitchen for hours cooking, while everyone else is having all the fun. I know that I sure don't! I want to be in the living room with my husband and my sons, playing games, listening to music and much more. With a little bit of thought and planning, I can be right in the middle of all the magical moments and still enjoy amazing meals with them. I'd love to hear your ideas too. What are some things that help you be efficient with planning holiday meals?
