As we explore more and more ways to increase our food security on our small province homestead. We've decided to try and grow some Australian Red Claw crayfish. Being seafood lovers, we thought this would be an awesome addition to the list of food we can generate for our family. In this episode we take you through the steps we took to setup our small tarp pond for our mini Australian Red Claw crayfish farm. We are told a single crayfish can produce a minimum of 100 crayling. Hopefully we are successful in breeding them.
