One of the items for work this spring was the boat's bow thruster. It's an add-on type made by Side Shift. https://sideshift.com/ It works pretty well for docking, and Anne really appreciates having it. Last summer, there was a joystick power switch issue that I DIY-solved - https://www.loveyourrv.com/side-shift... But it always seemed too loose when operating, too much wiggle. So, while the boat was out of the water this spring, I removed the unit, and we had it sanded and painted. I cleaned the electrical terminals and tightened up the main nut hidden behind a seized-on aluminum cover. All is well now, and it looks great!
