In this video I build my first shooting board using only hand tools. This is part one where I mill stock and prep the base. I explain my choice in what wood i used and talk about some troubles vie been facing with different tools. i am working on learning filming and photography and sound basics and all that because i edit myself and do everything in the process solo. but i am also enjoying that stuff. so stay tuned while I learn to embody the mantra I've set. Woodworking has always had an appeal since I was young. I grew up around arborists and caring for trees opposed to destroying them. So if you're seeing this I guess I made the leap. My main focus will be slow, precise, and quality work. I want to stay as close to traditional hand tools and joinery practice as I can. So stick around and either learn with me or please feel free to give any tips or wisdom you may have! The point is bettering myself, not rushing or mass producing. Every project is a chance to practice patience, care, and seeing a job through to the end. Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?...
