Keto/ Sugar Free Jello Shots!

Ingredients: (Makes 12 shots!) 1 box sugar free jello 1 cup boiling water 1 cup rum/vodka 12 small plastic cups Directions: 1. Boil 1 cup water on the stove in a small saucepan. 2. Pour jello mix into something with a spout for easy pouring. 3. Add boiling water to the jello mix and whisk until dissolved. 4. Add the cup of liquor to the mixture and stir to combine. 5. Pour evenly into the 12 small cups. 6. Refrigerate at least 2 or 3 hours to set. Enjoy!!! These jello shots have zero sugar and zero carbs!!! They are so good! You can use any flavor sugar free jello too! I have tried orange, peach, and cherry. Cherry has been my favorite as far as taste so far! You can also use any clear liquor. I used rum, but you could use vodka too. Be sure to check ingredients to your liquor! We have not had to cross that path yet because my allergy kiddo is only 16, but it is coming!
