While there are many variations of this recipe, mine is inspired from one of the most well known BBQ places in Atlanta, GA, Harold's BBQ. Unfortunately, the restaurant closed it's doors a few years ago but those who remember when it was in it's prime will agree the Brunswick Stew was what kept customers returning again and again.
