It's Monday, let's work some more on that Myles project, shall we? We've moved on to the first half of the spread for letter K, in which Myles is dressed up as Elvis doing karate kicks. About the book: a while back I used to post shorts of inking pages from "Myles Maarav's Pursuit of Happiness" wherein each spread is a scene from Myles' life and often the things going through his head that he'd rather be doing. And it was alphabetical because I want to spoof kiddie alphabet books. I'm doing a variation of traditional comics process, inking with a dip pen and india ink over a non-photo blue pencil underdrawing on Bristol board. ...
