Jason Stamey, an Emmy-nominated Casting Director, has had a diverse career spanning the building of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as well as collaborating with indie filmmakers to bring in A-listers while discovering fresh, up-and-coming talent. Before entering the casting industry, he left his small town life in North Carolina to travel the world, performing aboard cruise ships, in musicals, and at cabarets. After relocating to Los Angeles, he joined Over the Moon Productions, where he assisted in directing the musical Spring Awakening. This experience ignited his passion for casting, leading him to secure his first casting job with the renowned Sarah Finn Company. Stamey has had the privilege of working with esteemed studios such as Marvel Studios, Disney, ABC, Lucasfilm, Warner Brothers, Hulu, and Sony.
