Usually advertised as a DC Electronic Load or Battery Tester. This one is supposed to handle 200V, 20A, up to 180W. But I let the smoke out far below that! Watch to see a diagnosis of the failure, replacing a big MOSFET, jumping over traces, and testing the modifications.
