For more such recipes, visit https://www.milkmaid.in Ingredients: • 2 litre milk • ¼ tsp saffron / kesar • ½ cup mawa / khova • 1 tin Nestle Milkmaid • ½ tsp cardamom powder • 2 tbsp cashew, chopped • 2 tbsp almonds, chopped • 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped Method: 1. In a large kadai, take 2 litre of milk and get to a boil by stirring in between. 2. Add 2 tbsp kesar milk and mix well. 3. Boil for 5 minutes, or until the milk thickens slightly. 4. Once the milk reduces, add crumbled khova and mix well. 5. Continue to boil for 5 minutes or until the milk thickens. 6. Further, add Nestle Milkmaid and get to a boil. Make sure the Nestle Milkmaid is well combined and cooked well. 7. Now add ½ tsp cardamom powder, 2 tbsp almonds, cashew, and pistachios. Mix well. 8. Cool the milk slightly and transfer it to the kulfi mold. 9.
