Bibi Ka Maqbara, also known as Mini Taj Mahal, is a tomb located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. It was built in 1660 by the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. Aurangazeb made this beautiful structure in the memory of his wife Dilras Banu Begum. It is considered to be a symbol of Aurangzeb's 'conjugal fidelity'. It looks similar to Taj Mahal, which was built by Aurangzeb’s father Shahjahan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Bibi Ka Maqbara is the second largest structure that Aurangzeb has built, the largest being the Badshahi Mosque. It is also called the Dakkhani Taj which means Taj of the Deccan. The timing to visit Bibi ka Maqbara is from morning 6am to evening 10pm.
