FORC's Frozen Fatbike Fondo Fest 2026

The FORC Fondo Fest was a blast. Dane's first time doing it. Might be Dad's eighth time. We did a 2-man team, named "Dim Dominators". This race takes place every year on Credit Island in Davenport, IA. It's a fatbike race, so 3.8" tires and larger are required. It's best when there's snow, but fatbikes work in all weather conditions. This year had no snow, and temps in the teens. The Fondo format is a three hour time window, get as many laps as you can. This years course was a little over 4 miles. The Dim Dominator's got in 6 laps. Dad just made the 1:30 cut-off, so Dane got to put in the final lap. Thanks FORC for a really fun event.
