Instant gelatin - 25 g + 100 g of water Sugar - 3 tablespoons with a slide or to taste Vanilla sugar - 10 g Sour cream 20% - 400 g 1. Pour gelatin with water and leave for a few minutes to swell. 2. Mix sugar, yolks, a pinch of salt and milk. Heat over low heat until thickened. DO NOT bring to a boil. 3. Add vanilla sugar, swollen gelatin. Stir to dissolve gelatin. 4. Add sour cream, mix well. 5. Pour the dessert into the mold. 6.
