Splitgate 2 launches a new event which is the 4th of July Event that celebrates Independence Day. In the event you get a bunch of new skins, stamps including a cool new emote which is the Firework Parade which is really fun emote to have. They also launched a new skin bundle which is the Astro Bundle which gives you a character skin and weapon skins for the Sabrask Faction alongside a new emote which looks great. 1047 Games also released an update which introduces the weapon challenge skins where you can complete challenges to get Carbon, Gold and Proelium Weapon Skins for your weapons. Challenges range from getting Double Kills, getting Kills while Crouching or sliding, getting Headshots or getting Kills through Portals. The update also finally adds Ranked Arena which was missing from launch oddly but here it is. I will only play Ranked Arena after I complete all of the weapon challenges. Then you have the 4th of July Featured Playlist which offers up a revised version of the Bypass Map which has a celebration feel to it which looks great.
