Follow me on other social platforms: Instagram: @the.cooked.goose Ingredients for Chicken: 6 boneless skinless chicken tenders 5-8 tablespoons of Olive Oil 4-6 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar 2-3 tablespoons of Crushed Garlic Parsley 1tsp - 1tbsp Oregano 1tsp - 1tbsp Thyme 1tsp - 1tbsp Basil 1tsp - 1 tbsp Honey 2 Tbsp Salt & Pepper to taste Rice Recipe: 1 cup of rice 1 cup of chicken broth 1 cup of water Pinch of saffron - Break up and grind saffron into a small bowl with a tbsp of hot water and sit for 5 minutes Bring water and chicken broth to a boil in large pot. Then add in 1 tbsp of turmeric with saffron mixture in large pot. Add in rice and turn stove to med-low Cook for 30 mins with paper towel and close lid till cooked. Salad Recipe: 1 head of Romaine or Spring Mix 6 to 8 cherry tomatoes sliced small amount of slice red onion olive oil and balsamic mix with pepper and dried basil for dressing Add parmesan to liking Drinks: Pick your own beverage! :)
