After 4 years, this company grew massively and are now about to grow even more with the release of their new energy drinks. Ghost has 4 energy drinks that they are releasing online this week, before releasing into stores and I received 2 of the 4 energy drinks to try out today. The first flavor is the Ghost Tropical Mango. The second flavor is Sour Patch Redberry, which is supposed to be similar to the red Sour Patch Kids. So, in this video, I first go over a little bit about the company Ghost Lifestyle and how they became Ghost Energy. I talk a little but about the founders before getting into the ingredients. When we get into the ingredients, I talk about all the unique ingredients that make Ghost energy who they are. They didnt just use preworkout ingredients but they also used ingredients for focus, therefore its not just for working out. During the product review, I go over all the numbers on the can and thats actually something Ghost beleive in firmly, and thats transparency. They put all the numbers of all the ingredients on their energy drink cans so you know exactly what you are getting. Then we finish off with a taste test of the two energy drinks.
