As many people suspected, it seems that the secret fight was not implemented yet or I suppose no one figured out the trigger and it would be added later. This came in the form of the Mortal Kombat 1 tower, which contains an optional fight against Reptile, a reference to the original game. To unlock the fight, you need to make it to the sixth round, get a flawless victory against that fighter once and win the fight with a fatality. This probably sounds harder than it is, since you can keep losing the fight and retry it until you defeat him flawlessly. However, keep in mind that chip damage (blocking) will prevent you from getting a flawless victory, so you pretty much need to be on the offensive constantly. I found a lot of success in jump kick locking and using simple combos that lead into an easy uppercut, with an X-ray to deal massive damage/end the fight faster, but you might find more success with another method. As for the fatality, the best tip I can give you is to either use an easy fatality, select a character that can do it without attacking (to minimize risk) or a character you know you can do it with. Also keep in mind that you have about 5 seconds to perform the combo and the combo can be done at any rate, so even if you push back, forward, down, back a second apart, it will still count. As for the fight, you just need to trigger it to get the trophy/achievement. Actually winning the fight is harder than it seems and there is no retry for failure. From there I strongly suggest finishing the MK 1 tower, since it gives special MK 1 module items.
